Mix together 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk, Jello, 1 cup coconut, small can drained mandarin oranges, 1 cup drained pineapple tidbits, and 1 cup marshmallows.
Make fresh whipped cream: Mix with hand held mixer heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. I usually use 1 tsp vanilla and a few teaspoons of powdered sugar.
Fold the fresh whipped cream into the Sweetened Condensed Milk mixture and pour into glass serving dishes. Place cherries on top, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze overnight.
